＝ What is Koito native ？ ＝
Koito native （ R ） is a traditional edamame from Kimitsu, Chiba Prefecture R
It has a strong sweetness, a mellow aroma and an indescribable umami taste.

It was nearly extinct a few decades ago, and was even called a phantom edamame, but
thanks to the efforts of people fascinated by its wonderful flavor,
it has been revived as a top specialty in this region.

Edamame are harvested in early October ～ around the 25th.
They can also be harvested as soybeans around November 20.
You can come anytime and as often as you like during the period.
