Profile of Masashi Miyano

After 20 years of karate, 35 years of Hakko Jujitsu, and 55 years of martial arts experience, I founded my own style of "Yawaragi Jujitsu" in April 2019 and practice at the Kanada Community Exchange Center.

I organize the "Body Building for a Lifetime of Walking" group.
We regularly hold workshops on "How Pain Works" and "Healthy Exercise" to help local residents maintain their health
