In view of the rising cost of living, Chiba Prefecture will provide 10,000 yen per child to elementary and junior high school students residing in the prefecture to reduce the burden of expenses related to lessons and hands-on activities, and to provide children, who will be responsible for the future, with opportunities to enrich their growth.
( There is no income limit for those who are raising an eligible child who is registered as a resident of Futtsu City as of April 30, 2023. )

0 Application method
・ Those who received the allowance for May 2023 from Futtsu City Those who have received a child allowance from Futtsu City for May 2023 do not need to apply for the allowance. The amount will be transferred to the child allowance receiving account on August 30 (Wed.). If you do not wish to receive the allowance, please submit a notification of refusal to the School Education Division by August 15 (Tue.).
・ Those who do not receive child allowance from Futtsu City are required to apply. A "Notice of Benefits" will be mailed to eligible applicants in late August. Please apply electronically or submit the benefit application form to the School Education Section.
