The Child Allowance System will be revised from December 2024 （ October ・ November ）. （ Effective on October 1, 2024 ）
The outline of the revision is as follows.
(1)Elimination of income limit
(2)Extension of payment until high school age
(3)Payment six times a year （ Payment in even-numbered months ）
(4)30,000 yen for the third child and later
(5)Counting of children with multiple children is changed to the children who have reached 22 years old
After the revision, there are cases where an application is required.
If you wish to apply, please make sure to check the application deadline and apply within this period.
Families who have confirmed that they are raising a child between the ages of 0 and 18 in the city have been mailed a "Notice of 2024 Revision to the Child Allowance System", so please be sure to check it. （ For those who need to apply, please submit the enclosed Child Allowance Application Form for FY2024 （ and Certification Request Form ）. ）
*Public employees will receive the allowance from their workplace, so please confirm with your workplace.

* If the application period has passed, the payment will be made after the payment in February, 2025. If the application period is overdue, the payment will be made in February 2025 or later.
