On August 28 （ Wed ） at Futtsu Community Center ・ Central Community Center, on-site application for My Number Card will be held ！
（ Next time will be on September 11 （ Wed ）. ）

City staff will take photos and complete the entire application process using a tablet device.
No reservation required ・ You can apply for free, so please feel free to come ！

You can also pick up your My Number Card at the same community center on （ September 25 （ Wed ） ） if you wish. September 25th Wed. （ *Advance reservation is required ）
