Energy ・ In order to reduce the burden on low-income earners whose household budgets are particularly affected by soaring prices of food and other commodities, the "Special Benefit Program for Additional Child Support for Low-income Households with Focus on Coping with Soaring Prices of Energy " is implemented for households exempt from residence tax （ or households taxed only on the equal portion of residence tax ）, and supporting children （ born after April 2, 2005, aged 18 and under. ） The "Special Benefit Program for Additional Allowance for Children of Low-income Households for Responding to Price Rises" will be implemented, in which 50,000 yen per eligible child will be paid to households supporting a child who was born on or after April 2, 2005.
Information documents on "Application for Payment" will be sent to the eligible households one by one.
*The first payment is scheduled on March 4 （ Early of every month after April ）
* Households that receive the "Application for Payment" are not required to go through the procedure for receiving the benefit.
*For households that have not received an "Application for Payment", application procedures may be required.
