Futtsu City] Child Medical Expense Subsidy Coupons （ Equivalent to High School Students ） have been sent out.

In accordance with the expansion of the Child Medical Expense Subsidy to the first March 31st after the date of reaching 18 years of age from the medical treatment in October 2023, we have sent out today the Child Medical Expense Subsidy Coupons to those who applied for the Child Medical Expense Subsidy （ High School Student or equivalent ）.

Children's Medical Expense Subsidy Coupons （ Equivalent to High School Students ） can be used from October 1, 2023.
Please note that medical expenses incurred before October 1, 2023 are not covered by the subsidy.

Applications to receive （ Children's Medical Expense Subsidy Voucher ） equivalent to high school students are accepted at any time.
If you have not yet applied, please do so using the form below.
*If you apply after November, the grant will begin on the date your application is received.
