saying, "I have a refund of my pension."

"I've been getting phone calls that are a preview of the phone de scam.

If money is mentioned on the phone, assume it is a scam.
Even if you are not scammed, be sure to call the police if you feel the call is suspicious.

In addition, the following are effective measures against phone deception.

●Turn on the "answering machine function" and "notification recording function" even when you are at home.
●Don't immediately trust a family member （ by phone, even if they use their real name ） ・ a police officer ・ a bank employee ・ a city official, etc., and don't answer with personal information or whether they are at home.
●There have been a number of scams in which people have asked for your cash card. Do not give your card to anyone else or give them your PIN.
●Do not keep cash at home if at all possible.
